Lea Manufacturing supply products for every stage of the barrelling process.

The number of stages required is dependent on the product being finished, on its shape, its size, the material it is made from and the finish required.

A typical process may use EF5 Smoothing followed by EF/P/10 Honing then EF10 Polishing.

Where a lot of deburring is required a stage of abrasive pumice powder (different grades of coarseness are available) may be required.

Different sized cubes and different shaped pegs should be used according to the part to be polished.
